The only 275 GTB/4 alloy car offered on the market this decade.

S/n 09795 Alloy.

1967, sold new in Italy. Elisa Menchini, via Delle Benedettine 67, Roma.

1967/68, apparently this car had some hillclimb history in Italy.

1974, to Mike Pokorny, CA. a dealer, Costa Mesa, California. Serviced, painted
and detailed by Mike Sheehans European Auto sales who handled the body and paint on all of Pokornys
cars.

1974, to Bud Pessin St. Louis, MO. Paid $13,500. Had 40,000 miles. Kept inside a
climate controlled garage since 1974. Excellent Patina. Only needs a light detail to be an excellent contender
for the “Preservation Award” at the FCA Nationals.

1990, August, just after the peak of the late 1980s silliness, Al Guggisberg offered
$1,500,000.

1996, January, still with Bud. Bud will not accept under $400,000. Will not even
consider it.

1998, 15 Jan., a client called re: a 250 SWB covered headlight California spyder
or a 275 GTB/4 Alloy Berlinetta. Went to work and contacted all owners of Alloy bodied 275 GTB/4s to try to
find any possible sellers.

1998, 2 Feb., as per long talk with Bud he will finally sell. Needs a little time
to work out the tax trades and speak with his CPA. Values the car well above $400,000 to $450,000 or more.

1998, 5 Feb., called the potential buyer back to advise that I had indeed done my
homework and contacted all 14 owners of all 14 cars. Only one might be for sale, that being the Bud Pessin car.

1998. 5 Feb., called Bud. Bud called back, his accountants can see big tax liabilities.
He still has this car plus a 275 GTS he values at about $100,000 and a 330 GTC he values at about $75,000.

1998, 5 Feb., the potential buyer called back. He wants to buy the car for $300,000.
Explained that when several dealers had bid $300,000 and didnt get the car he was simply too low. He then
went to $325,000. I said it would take at least $400,000 “ish” plus to own the car.

1998, 03 Feb., spoke with Bud. He will sell for between $400,000 to $500,000. Okay,
its a start!

1998, 8 Feb., long talk with Bud. His bottom line will be something over $400,000 on
the 275 GTB/4, $100,000 on the 275 and maybe $65,000 on the 330 GTC. I will fly to inspect the car in the next
few weeks.

1998, March, immediate prospects on the alloy 275 GTB/4.

1998, 14 Mar.11 Apr., for sale in FML, half page ad, by M. Sheehan.
One of 14 built and one of very few never crashed or rebodied. Absolutely immaculate. Red/black. Stunning
“patina” paint and leather. One owner for 24 years! Has all books and tools. The only 275 GTB/4 alloy
car on the market this decade. Priced to sell @ $475,000.

1998, 31 Aug., long talk with Bud, still not flexible. Will not take the $450,000 offer,
sostalemate!

1999, 9 June, sold to a client, Europe, for a lot of money. Seller (Bud Pessin) to pay the
usual humble yet modest commission to M. Sheehan.

2000, 18 Jan., seen at Piet Roelofs. Red/black. (NL).

2000, 16 June, registered by European owner. Red. On plate AH 31 74. (NL).

2000, 29 July, the 2nd Tourrally Ferrari Storico, Netherlands. Red/black. Plates: AH 31 74.

2001, 14 Mar., email from owner:When I bought the car the paint had good
“patina” but was not perfect. Apart from the paint, everything is original: interior incl. carpets, engine,
tool kit, books. What I have done? Imported the car from US and paid VAT. New exhausts. Upholstery (interior of seats)
was redone with use of original leather only. Carpets original. 5 new tyres Michelin 205 R14 XWX patina. Paint was
polished. Renewal of headlights, cleaning and repainting the engine compartment. Roelofs did: repainting and restoration
of suspension (new Konis). Restoration of steering arms, gearbox synchros, bearings renewal. Calipers. Rebuilding
of engine, new valves, valve seats, bearings, original pistons were still ok. In September 2000 the car was second in the
Ferrariclass in the concours Paleis het Loo. Antoine Prunet was judging. I am prepared to sell this car for Euro
650.000, (six hundred fifty thousand Euros). In this price are included 5 wire wheel Borranis, restored
(they look new). 7×15 inch type RW 4039/1.

2001, 19 Apr., as per call from owner, he is more interested in selling the car. Since he
purchased the car, he has had the paint buffed, the top end of the engine rebuilt, the entire interior taken apart,
restuffed and put together with the original leather and carpets for that great patina look, and the entire suspension
and shocks rebuilt simply due to age.
