SPECIFICATIONS
We are pleased to offer a new and unused 250 GTO Series I alloy body by Stefano Allegretti, based on the molds and patterns passed down by his father, Mario Allegretti, complete with the secondary and tertiary supporting framework for the front cowl frame, roof inner frame, hood skin, hood frame and hood hinges, door skins, door frames, door posts and door hinges, door pull handles and door latches; the dash, the center tunnel, the cockpit floor, both seat skins, seat frames and mounts and the trunk skin, frame, mounts and hinges. It also comes with the hood vent screens, the leather hood straps and spring loaded hood hold-downs. The body was completed by Stefano Allegretti in 2022 and has been in storage since 2022.
The body is currently in storage with the owner in Italy and this 250 GTO Series I body by Allegretti project can be finished to your request by very qualified shops in Italy. We have access to several possible donor cars and frames, at extra cost, including from a 250 GT 2+2 or a 330 2+2. We also have access to several engine and gearbox combinations, including a period-correct 250 engine and gearbox; or a 330 engine and gearbox, plus newer modern frames and power trains such as from a 456 GT or a 550 Maranello, again, at extra cost.
We can also provide access and sources for the small parts needed such as headlight covers and trim rings, front marker lights, the windshield and windshield surround, the door window frames and plexiglass sliding windows, tail lights and more.
