Introduced in 2003, the Ferrari Challenge Stradale was a lightweight, track-focused evolution of the 360 Modena inspired by Ferrari’s competition cars. Its 3.6-liter V8 produced 425 horsepower, complemented by extensive weight reduction, carbon-ceramic brakes, revised suspension, increased aerodynamic downforce, and a faster F1 transmission. Combining road legality with race-derived engineering, the Challenge Stradale established the formula for Ferrari’s later special-series V8 models.
