We are pleased to offer 2008 USA model Ferrari 599 GTB HGTE s/n 159219. From new in a very elegant Rosso Mugello FER 325 (a deep, dark red) with full Recaro black leather power Daytona seats, with a Prancing Horse in embroidered stitching on the headrests and finished with black carpets. Fitted with a long list of carbon fiber options including carbon fiber seat backs; door panels; dashboard and central tunnel; steering wheel with LEDs plus carbon fiber F1 shift paddles; upper radio console trim and carbon fiber door sills. Has a leather headliner and leather lining for the rear zone and rear shelf. Also fitted with a red tachometer; Scuderia Ferrari shields; silver brake calipers; a Bose Hi Fi System with upgraded radio/Navigation; a garage door opener; auto-dimming electrochromatic rear view mirror; homelink; iPod; front and rear parking sensors and a Factory fire extinguisher in a leather hold-down pouch. 2008 Ferrari 599 GTB HGTE features a dealer installed HGTE (Handling Grand Turismo Evoluzione) package which includes upgraded springs; re-tuned transaxle and engine software; a larger rear anti-roll bar; re-calibrated Magnetic shock absorbers; race-oriented electronic suspension settings; the ride-height is lowered by 1” and a matte-black rear diffuser with Factory modified exhaust with chrome/black tailpipes was installed. 599 GTB HGTE s/n 159219 is mounted on 20-inch modular 5-spoke star rims with excellent Pirelli P ZERO 245/35 ZR20 and 305/35 ZR20 tires.
Named in honor of Ferraris famous private test track, the 599 GTB Fiorano was Ferrari’s front-engined V12 flagship from 2007 to 2012. Thanks to its 5,999 cc V-12 engine derived from the Enzo supercar, the 599 GTB Fiorano offered staggering performance that continued Ferrari’s tradition of front-engined grand touring cars that evolved from the 275GTB to the 365GTB/4 Daytona, to the 550 and to the 575 Maranello. Replacing the 575 Maranello, the 599 incorporated the latest in exotic automotive technology including an extruded aluminum chassis (making it 100kg lighter than the Maranello), active aerodynamics (giving 160kg of downforce at 300kph) for state-of-the-art road holding. With an output of 612hp, the 599 GTB Fiorano is capable of 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and a you-will-never-go-this-fast top speed of 206mph!
As a 21,316 miles, highway-driven Ferrari, 599 GTB s/n 159219 is in excellent condition. The paintwork is as-new throughout and was ceramic coated in Sept., 2018. The lower rockers, door edges, fuel filler, side mirrors, front lights, and the entire front end are in exceptionally nice condition. The full front end is dent-free, blemish free and has been 3M clear-coated. The lights and glass are excellent and the wheels are free of curbing. The interior is also excellent, with almost no appreciable signs of wear. The carpets, leather, and dashboard are excellent, with only very minor wear on the driver’s seat bolster. There is no lack of carbon fiber, which is very striking, and covers the dashboard, instrument cluster, center console, door panels, door sills and the seat backs and sides. The switches and controls are all like new. The engine compartment and the trunk are also very clean and show no wear. The trunk contains the Becker 6-CD changer as well as the manual pack with manuals in their carrying case and the tools in their carrying case. The underside is very clean and features a front and rear belly pan, in the interest of the 599’s state-of-the-art aerodynamics.
