Developed for the legendary Group B era, the Lancia 037 Rally combined a mid-engine layout, supercharged four-cylinder power, and lightweight construction with rear-wheel drive. In 1983, it carried Lancia to the World Rally Championship Manufacturers’ title against the all-wheel-drive Audi Quattro, becoming the last rear-wheel-drive car to achieve the feat.
