Developed from a small-displacement Ferrari project, the ASA 1000 GT became known as the “Ferrarina,” or little Ferrari. It featured a 1,032cc four-cylinder engine, a tubular chassis developed with Giotto Bizzarrini, and elegant Bertone bodywork designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro. Produced in very limited numbers during the 1960s, the 1000 GT remains a rare Italian sports car celebrated for its distinctive engineering and close connection to Ferrari.
