Introduced in 1967, the Dino 206 GT marked a major evolution for Ferrari as its first rear-mid-engine road car. Powered by a transverse 2.0-liter V6 producing 180 horsepower, it combined lightweight aluminum construction with elegant Pininfarina styling. Produced in very limited numbers before being succeeded by the 246 GT, the 206 GT remains prized for its rarity, innovative engineering, and importance in Ferrari’s transition to mid-engine road cars.
