Introduced in 1968, the Alfa Romeo GTA 1300 Junior Stradale brought the lightweight engineering of Alfa Romeo’s competition-focused GTA to a road-going configuration. Its 1.3-liter twin-cam four-cylinder engine featured twin-spark ignition, while lightweight construction and a finely balanced chassis delivered exceptional handling. Produced in very limited numbers, the Stradale combined everyday road usability with the engineering and character that made the GTA Junior highly successful in European touring car competition.
