Introduced in 1996, the Dodge Viper GTS brought a dramatic fixed-roof coupe body to Dodge’s V10-powered sports car. Its 8.0-liter V10 produced 450 horsepower, while a significantly revised chassis, improved brakes, and distinctive “Double Bubble” roof enhanced both performance and usability. Combining unmistakable styling, immense naturally aspirated power, and a six-speed manual transmission, the Viper GTS became one of the defining American performance cars of the 1990s.
