We are pleased to offer 1967 Lamborghini Miura s/n 3180. This Miura has gone through a multi-year bare-tub-up restoration. Finished in a deep black paint, which accentuates the Gandini designed lines, over a mirror straight body, finished off with near new black leather interior and dash. All late SV mechanical upgrades including split sump, gear oilers, a reinforced rust-free chassis and on-board Halon fire system. All engine, gearbox and suspension mechanicals rebuilt during the complete ground-up restoration.
The Marcelo Gandini design is unquestionably among the most attractive automotive designs of the golden-era of pre-bumper and pre-smog Italian exotics. Only 41.3-inches tall, the flowing body line and the front hinged nose and rear hinged engine covers made a spectacular presentation when opened. Just serviced and highly detailed, this Miura is stunningly good looking and ready-to-go or to-show. Mechanically as new, this early Miura avoids the side marker lights which blemished the later cars.
Powered by the Miura’s famous transversal V-12, it runs extremely well, pulls strong to redline and has new syncros that go into 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear, cold, without a problem. Has near new Michelin XWX tires on gorgeous 15-inch cast magnesium Campagnolo wheels with a correct Campagnolo spare. Fly in for an inspection and test drive, this is a stunning black on black Miura that will not disappoint.
