We are pleased to offer USA model 1973 Ferrari 246 GTS s/n 06456, finished in a very elegant dark red over an unmarked body, and with all new tan leather Daytona seats with black inserts and all new black carpets. Complete repaint and dash recovered in original new-old-stock unobtanium mouse-fur in 2008. Total engine rebuild and all new leather seats, door panels and carpets last year in 2011. Just completed a detailed pre-sale inspection and 1,000 mile engine-check service last month. The 246 Dinos are wonderfully light and nimble to drive with gorgeous flowing body lines unhindered by the DOT standards that would soon forever change automotive styling. Every trip to Starbucks sounds like a warm-up lap at Sebring as you zip through the gears. This Dino looks great, runs great, is wonderfully dialed in, has unbeatably great syncros and is a joy to drive. Only 53,795 well-documented miles and a known and well documented ownership history from new. 246 GTS s/n 06456 is complete with the leather owner’s pouch, owner’s handbook and an as-new full set of tools with the tool roll. Also has the jack, the jack bag and lug wrench. This 246 GTS offers everything the Ferrari owner could want: the pouch with the owner’s handbook, full tools, the fun of topless motoring, the soft and flowing lines of the Dino and the sounds of the well-proven, low maintenance and high-revving V6 that makes every trip to the grocery store sound like a qualifying lap at Sebring. Cosmetically and mechanically near-new, this Ferrari is in excellent condition, with everything working as it should. A superb Ferrari Dino, priced right at $269,500.
